What are the sessions like?
Each session is guided, with space for silence.
The guidance is simple. Not much to follow. Just enough to keep bringing your attention back, usually to the body, the breath, or whatever is arising. You don't need any experience. There's nothing to get right. Just sit, notice, and return when you drift.
Why 30 minutes?
Shorter sessions often don't leave enough space to feel discomfort, stay with it, and watch it dissolve. That full cycle is the insight. Thirty minutes also gives the guidance time to settle, and leaves space for silence. Just sitting. Just noticing.
Can I choose sessions?
No. Sessions are selected randomly from a growing library. The goal isn't to optimize or match your mood. It's to meditate. To observe. So we've reduced choice on purpose.
Can I change music, duration, or voice?
No. If everything is customized to preference, attention shifts from observing experience to managing it. We're trying to move in the other direction.
Why is it called Reset?
Because each session is a return.
Most meditation tools help you shape your experience, make it calmer, clearer, better. Reset moves in the other direction. You stop adjusting what's happening, and begin noticing it. Again and again.
How should I use Reset?
Use it regularly, if you can. Daily is enough.
There's no sequence to follow and no level to reach. The sessions don't build toward something. They keep returning you to the same place: direct experience. Over time, that familiarity deepens. Not as a milestone, but as a way of seeing.
What if it feels difficult or nothing happens?
That's part of it.
Some sessions will feel restless. Some will feel flat. Some will feel clear. None of these are a problem. You're not trying to create a particular state. You're learning to stay with whatever is already here. If you miss a day, you start again. Nothing is lost.
